Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• You must have completed the full onboarding process
• You must have implemented all recommended strategies and systems
• You must have provided timely feedback and access as required
• Growth metrics will be measured according to mutually agreed KPIs
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the 90-day period ending

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our guarantee

7. Limitation of Liability

Invelar Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared by clients. Similarly, clients agree to keep confidential our proprietary methods, strategies, and systems.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all work completed up to that point, and no further fees will be charged beyond those already incurred.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
