90-Day Guarantee Guidelines

1. Overview

The 90-Day Growth Accelerator Guarantee is our commitment to delivering measurable results for your business. If we don't hit the specific metric we agree on together within 90 days, you receive a full 100% refund of your investment.

2. How the Guarantee Works

Before any work begins, we will agree on one specific, measurable metric with you. This metric will be clearly defined in your service agreement and will serve as the benchmark for the guarantee. Examples include:

  • A specific increase in website conversion rate
  • A defined number of new qualified leads per month
  • A measurable reduction in hours spent on manual tasks
  • A specific increase in monthly revenue attributable to our work

3. The 90-Day Period

The 90-day guarantee period begins on the date the agreed solution is fully delivered and deployed. This is not the date you sign the agreement, but the date the system or solution goes live and is operational.

During these 90 days, we will track the agreed metric together with full transparency. You will receive regular updates on progress.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have completed the full onboarding process as outlined in your service agreement
  • You must have implemented the delivered solution as instructed
  • You must have provided timely access to any systems, accounts, or data required for delivery
  • You must not have made unauthorised modifications to the delivered solution that could impact performance
  • You must have responded to communications and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes

5. What Happens If We Don't Hit the Metric

If the agreed metric is not achieved at the end of the 90-day period:

  • We will review the results together with full transparency
  • You may request a full 100% refund of your investment
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the 90-day period ending
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of an approved request

6. What Happens If We Hit the Metric

If the agreed metric is achieved within the 90-day period, the guarantee is considered fulfilled. You retain full ownership of all work, systems, and solutions delivered as part of the engagement.

7. Metric Agreement

The specific metric, how it will be measured, and what constitutes success will all be clearly documented in your service agreement before any work begins. Both parties must agree on these terms. We will never set a vague or unmeasurable goal.

8. Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover:

  • Results impacted by factors entirely outside our control (e.g., sudden market crashes, natural disasters, changes in platform policies by third parties)
  • Situations where the client has not fulfilled their responsibilities as outlined in the service agreement
  • Changes to the agreed metric after work has commenced, unless mutually agreed in writing

9. Payment Structure

Our standard payment structure is designed to minimise your risk:

  • 5% deposit to begin work
  • Remaining balance due upon delivery of the completed solution
  • The guarantee period begins after delivery and full payment
