What Voids the Guarantee
The guarantee is void if any of these occur:
- You modify or customize the delivered solution without our approval
- You fail to respond to our communications within 48 business hours
- You stop using the solution before the 90-day period ends
- You don't maintain normal business operations (traffic, leads, etc.)
- You fail to track the agreed metric or refuse us access to verify data
- You report a critical issue more than 48 hours after discovering it
- You don't follow the training or best practices we provided
- Your business undergoes major changes (pivot, restructure, ownership change, etc.)
- You violate any laws or terms of service of platforms we integrate with
- You request a refund based on subjective feelings rather than objective metrics
How to Request a Refund
Day 90-97: Request Refund
Email us at info@invelarsolutions.com with 'Refund Request' in the subject line. Include your project name and the metric we agreed to track. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the 90-day mark. Requests made after day 97 will not be accepted.
Day 91-93: Data Review
We'll review the data together. We'll verify that you followed all guidelines and that the metric genuinely wasn't hit. This is a collaborative review, not an interrogation.
Day 94-97: Decision
If the data shows you followed the guidelines and we didn't hit the metric, we'll approve the refund immediately. If there's a dispute, we'll schedule a call to discuss.
Day 98-100: Refund Issued
Once approved, you'll receive 100% of your money back via the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
